Automate the Boring Parts of Running a Business

Jarvis AI Labs builds AI-powered automation tools for small Indonesian businesses and startups — so founders can focus on what actually matters.

Work With Us See What We Do

I started Jarvis AI Labs after watching too many small businesses in Jakarta drown in repetitive tasks — manually copying data between tools, chasing invoices, re-answering the same customer questions every day.

There's a huge gap between what AI can do and what most Indonesian SMEs are actually using. We're building the bridge — practical automation that works in Bahasa Indonesia, integrates with local tools, and doesn't require a technical team to operate.

We're currently piloting with 3 businesses in Jakarta and are looking to expand in 2025. Every tool we build runs on Claude under the hood because it handles Indonesian context better than anything else we've tested.

What We Build

Real Automation for Real Problems

Not demos. Not side projects. Tools we built because actual customers asked for them.

01

Customer Support Inbox Automation

Classifies, drafts responses, and routes incoming messages for e-commerce and service businesses. Cuts response time from hours to minutes. Currently in pilot with a Jakarta-based online retailer.

02

Document & Report Summarization

Pulls key information from long vendor contracts, supplier quotations, and government documents — in Bahasa Indonesia. Built for procurement teams who read 50+ docs a week.

03

Internal Knowledge Base Assistant

A Claude-backed assistant that answers team questions from internal SOPs, product docs, and HR policies. Reduces repetitive Slack/WA questions for growing teams.

The Founder

Built by Someone Who Gets It

Not a big team. One person who's been building with AI since before it was cool, working directly with customers.
